(Refurbished) ASUS TUF F15 15.6″ Gaming – Core i7-13620H, RTX 4060 8GB (140W), 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD | Excellent Condition

The ASUS TUF Gaming F15 (2023), model FX507VV, is a 15.6-inch gaming laptop that spends its budget where it counts: an Intel Core i7-13620H processor, an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 allowed to draw up to 140W, and a 144Hz screen, all in a sturdy TUF chassis. It suits gamers, engineering students, streamers and video editors who want one machine for study, work and play.

This unit has 16GB of DDR5 RAM and a 512GB PCIe 4.0 SSD, comes with Windows 11 installed, and is graded Excellent: fully functional, with only minor signs of earlier use. It is fully tested before dispatch and backed by a 1-year seller warranty from Mobivault, with free delivery across India and Cash on Delivery.

Key highlights

• RTX 4060 Laptop GPU, 8GB GDDR6, at up to 140W: 115W, the top of NVIDIA’s 35–115W range for this chip, plus 25W Dynamic Boost
• MUX Switch with NVIDIA Advanced Optimus, so the RTX 4060 can drive the screen directly
• Intel Core i7-13620H: 10 cores, 16 threads, up to 4.9 GHz, 24MB cache
• 15.6-inch FHD 144Hz anti-glare display with NVIDIA G-SYNC
• Upgradeable: two DDR5 SO-DIMM slots and a free second M.2 SSD slot
• Thunderbolt 4, HDMI 2.1 and RJ45 Ethernet
• 90Wh battery with fast charging via ASUS’s own adapter
• TUF build that ASUS puts through selected MIL-STD-810H tests

Design and build: a TUF chassis for daily wear

ASUS says TUF laptops must pass a series of MIL-STD-810H tests covering drops, vibration, humidity and temperature extremes, while noting this does not indicate fitness for military use. Treat it as reassurance for the bumps of commuting and hostel life, not a licence to drop it: there is no IP rating, and physical or liquid damage is not covered by warranty.

At 2.20 kg and up to 2.49 cm thick, it is a proper gaming machine rather than an ultrabook: fine for college or the office, but noticeable on a long commute. The backlit keyboard, handy in an evening power cut, has single-zone RGB lighting, highlighted WASD keys and 1.7 mm of travel, and ASUS rates each key for over 20 million presses.

RTX 4060 at up to 140W, with a MUX Switch

Laptop makers set their own power limits for the RTX 4060, and more power generally means higher sustained performance. ASUS allows up to 140W (115W plus 25W of Dynamic Boost, which shifts power from the processor to the graphics card when a game needs it) and lists a 2420 MHz clock at that level.

With 3,072 CUDA cores, RT cores and Tensor cores, it supports ray tracing and DLSS 3 with Frame Generation, which uses AI to raise frame rates in supported games. NVIDIA Reflex lowers input lag, and Studio drivers support editing, 3D and streaming apps.

The MUX Switch lets the RTX 4060 send frames straight to the display instead of through the integrated Intel graphics; ASUS quotes 5–10% better average performance in that mode. Advanced Optimus lets the laptop lean on integrated graphics for lighter work to save battery.

Two 84-blade Arc Flow Fans handle cooling. In an Indian summer, keep the vents clear and game on a hard, flat surface rather than a bed.

Core i7-13620H, DDR5 memory and room to grow

The 13th-generation Core i7-13620H pairs 6 Performance-cores, boosting up to 4.9 GHz, with 4 Efficient-cores for background work. With 16 threads and 24MB of cache, it handles gaming alongside Discord, coding, video editing and a browser full of tabs.

The 16GB of DDR5-4800 memory can be expanded later via two SO-DIMM slots, and the 512GB PCIe 4.0 SSD keeps boot and load times short. A second M.2 slot (single-sided drives only) is free for extra storage as your game library grows.

15.6-inch FHD display at 144Hz with G-SYNC

The 1920 x 1080 IPS-level panel refreshes 144 times a second, more than double a standard 60Hz screen, so fast motion in shooters and racing games looks smoother. G-SYNC matches the refresh rate to the graphics card’s output to reduce tearing and stutter.

Full HD lets the RTX 4060 spend its power on higher settings or frame rates rather than extra pixels. The anti-glare finish helps under tube lights and near windows, and ASUS’s specification for its FHD 144Hz panel lists 100% sRGB coverage.

Battery, charging and connectivity

The battery is rated at 90Wh when new, large for a gaming laptop, and covers notes, browsing and video calls away from a socket or through a short power cut; for demanding games, keep it plugged in. ASUS rates fast charging to 50% in about 30 minutes with the laptop off and its own adapter, so times with other chargers may differ.

Thunderbolt 4 (40Gbps) handles fast drives, docks and monitors; a second USB-C port, two USB-A ports and HDMI 2.1 cover a mouse, pen drive, monitor or TV. The RJ45 Ethernet port gives online gaming a stable wired link to your router.

Wi-Fi 6 (2×2) and Bluetooth 5.2 cover wireless. Dolby Atmos speakers handle films, and two-way AI noise cancellation keeps voice chat and online classes clear. The 720p webcam is fine for video calls; there is no fingerprint reader or face login.
