(Refurbished) Apple MacBook Air 13″ M4 – 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD, Liquid Retina – Silver | Excellent Condition

The Apple MacBook Air 13-inch with M4 (2025) is a thin, completely silent laptop that weighs just 1.24 kg yet has the speed for coding, college projects, spreadsheets, photo editing and back-to-back video calls. This is a well-specified configuration: a 10-core CPU and 10-core GPU, 16GB unified memory and a 512GB SSD, finished in classic Silver. It suits students, professionals and anyone who carries a laptop every day.

This is a refurbished MacBook Air M4 graded Excellent: fully functional, with only minor signs of earlier use. It is fully tested and cleaned before dispatch, backed by a 1-year seller warranty from Mobivault, and delivered free across India with Cash on Delivery, so you pay only when it arrives.

Key highlights

• Apple M4 chip (3-nanometre): 10-core CPU, 10-core GPU with hardware-accelerated ray tracing, 16-core Neural Engine
• 16GB unified memory with 120GB/s bandwidth and a 512GB SSD
• 13.6-inch Liquid Retina display: 2560 x 1664, up to 500 nits, 1 billion colours, P3 wide colour and True Tone
• Fanless, silent design, 1.13 cm thin and 1.24 kg
• 12MP Center Stage camera, three-mic array with Voice Isolation and four speakers with Spatial Audio
• Supports up to two external displays at up to 6K/60Hz alongside the built-in screen
• MagSafe 3, two Thunderbolt 4 (USB-C) ports, headphone jack, Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3
• Apple Intelligence support; Apple lists macOS 27 Golden Gate as compatible

Design and build: light enough for the daily commute

The enclosure is made with 100% recycled aluminium and measures 30.41 x 21.5 cm, only slightly larger than an A4 sheet, at 1.13 cm thin. It slips easily into a college bag or office sling.

There is no fan, so there is no fan noise in a quiet library, lecture hall or late-night meeting. The backlit Magic Keyboard has a full-height function row and Touch ID, so you log in with a fingerprint, and the Force Touch trackpad tracks Multi-Touch gestures precisely. Apple publishes no water-resistance rating, so keep the chai at a safe distance.

A sharp 13.6-inch Liquid Retina display

The LED-backlit IPS panel runs at 2560 x 1664 pixels (224 pixels per inch), so notes, PDFs and code look crisp even in small fonts. Brightness reaches 500 nits for bright rooms, 1 billion colours and P3 wide colour make photos and films look rich, and True Tone adapts the white balance to the light around you.

The panel refreshes at a standard 60Hz, and there is a camera housing (notch) at the top centre. At a desk, connect up to two external monitors at up to 6K and 60Hz each while still using the built-in screen: spreadsheets on one, a video call on another. There is no HDMI, USB-A or SD card slot, so keep a USB-C hub handy for projectors and pen drives.

M4 performance with 16GB memory and a 512GB SSD

By Apple’s own testing, the M4 MacBook Air is up to 2x faster than the M1 model and up to 23x faster than the fastest Intel-based MacBook Air. In daily use, a full day of browser tabs, documents, coding tools and video calls runs comfortably, and the media engine accelerates H.264, HEVC and ProRes video, with AV1 decoding, which helps when editing phone footage.

The 16GB of unified memory gives real headroom for multitasking and creative apps. Memory and storage are fixed at the factory and cannot be upgraded later, so 16GB with 512GB is a sensible spec to grow into. The GPU is integrated and the chassis has no fan, so treat games as an occasional bonus rather than a reason to buy.

Battery life, charging and power cuts

The Air has a built-in 53.8-watt-hour battery. When new, Apple rates it at up to 18 hours of video streaming and up to 15 hours of wireless web browsing. On a refurbished unit, real runtime depends on the battery’s present condition and your usage, so treat those figures as a ceiling rather than a promise. Mobivault verifies and reports battery health before every refurbished device is packed.

A power cut during an online class need not end your work, as the Air carries on from its battery. Charge through MagSafe 3 or either Thunderbolt 4/USB-C port; the Air is also fast-charge capable with Apple’s optional 70W USB-C Power Adapter (not included).

Apple Intelligence, macOS and calls

The Air shipped with macOS Sequoia, and Apple now lists macOS 27 Golden Gate as the newest compatible version. Apple Intelligence works in localised English for India, with Writing Tools to proofread and rewrite emails and assignments, Image Playground, Genmoji, Siri and optional ChatGPT integration. Apple says simpler requests run on the device and larger ones use Private Cloud Compute, where your data is never stored or shared with Apple. Some features may not be available in every region or language. iPhone Mirroring lets you use your iPhone from the Mac. Apps such as Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Cloud are separate subscriptions and are not included.

For calls, the 12MP Center Stage camera keeps you centred as you move and records 1080p video, with Desk View support. Three beamforming mics with Voice Isolation reduce background noise from traffic or a ceiling fan, and four speakers play Spatial Audio with Dolby Atmos content.

Frequently asked questions

Which charger comes with it?

A compatible charger is included. The Air charges through MagSafe 3 or either USB-C port.

How long will it get macOS updates?

Apple publishes no fixed update period for Macs. As of October 2026, Apple lists macOS 27 Golden Gate as compatible with this model.

How is the battery on a refurbished unit?

Battery health is verified and reported before dispatch. Runtime can be lower than Apple’s new-unit figures as a battery ages, and normal battery wear is not covered by the warranty.

Does it support 5G or a SIM card?

No. It has no SIM slot or cellular modem; on the move, connect to your phone’s hotspot over Wi-Fi.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Email support@chartvacancy.in with your order number, the Mac’s serial number, the issue and a photo or video. Claims are verified within 24–48 hours, followed by repair, replacement or a refund where applicable.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Yes. Cash on Delivery is the only payment method, so nothing is paid in advance.
