Product details
The Apple MacBook Air 15-inch with M3 puts a large, sharp 15.3-inch screen into a laptop just 1.15 cm thin and 1.51 kg, and with no fan inside there is never any fan noise. Launched in March 2024, it suits college students, office and work-from-home users, writers, coders and photo editors, and the bigger display makes side-by-side work far more comfortable than on a 13-inch laptop.
This unit is the 16GB unified memory + 512GB SSD configuration in Silver, graded Excellent: fully functional, with only minor signs of earlier use. A refurbished MacBook Air 15 M3 from Mobivault reaches you after a full hardware diagnostic and a final quality re-check, with a 1-year seller warranty from Mobivault, free delivery across India and Cash on Delivery.

- 15.3-inch Liquid Retina display: 2880 x 1864, 500 nits, 1 billion colours, True Tone
- Silent, fanless design in a 100% recycled aluminium enclosure

Design and build: a 15-inch screen in a slim, silent body
The aluminium unibody slips easily into a backpack for the metro, the college bus or a flight. With no fan, it stays silent in a library, a meeting room or a late-night study session.
The honest trade-off: during long, sustained heavy work such as lengthy video exports, a fanless laptop can get warm and ease back its speed. For browsing, documents, coding, calls and photo editing this rarely matters. Apple specifies an operating range of 10–35°C and a storage limit of 45°C, so keep it out of direct sun and never leave it in a parked car during an Indian summer.
The backlit Magic Keyboard has a full-height function row and Touch ID for unlocking the Mac and filling saved passwords with a fingertip, beside a large Force Touch trackpad.
The 15.3-inch Liquid Retina display
At 2880 x 1864 and 224 pixels per inch, text stays crisp through long reading and coding sessions. The 15.3-inch canvas fits two documents side by side, a wider spreadsheet, or a lecture video next to your notes.
At 500 nits it is comfortable in a bright office or beside a window. Support for 1 billion colours and P3 wide colour keeps photos accurate, and True Tone matches the white balance to your room. The panel is glossy, runs at 60Hz and is not a touchscreen.
M3 performance with 16GB memory and a 512GB SSD
The M3’s 8-core CPU pairs four performance cores for heavy tasks with four efficiency cores that handle light work while saving battery. In Apple’s own testing, the M3 MacBook Air is up to 60% faster than the M1 model.
16GB of unified memory is the comfortable amount for real multitasking: many browser tabs, office documents, a video call and a photo editor open together. Memory and storage are fixed at the factory and cannot be upgraded later, which makes 16GB + 512GB a sensible long-term choice, with room for apps, a sizeable photo library and project files.
The 10-core GPU adds hardware-accelerated ray tracing and Dynamic Caching, and the media engine accelerates H.264, HEVC and ProRes video plus AV1 decoding for efficient streaming. Casual Mac games run well, but this is not a gaming laptop.
Battery life, charging and power cuts
Apple rates the 66.5 Wh battery, on new units, at up to 18 hours of Apple TV app movie playback and 15 hours of wireless web browsing. On a refurbished laptop, runtime depends on battery condition and usage, which is why Mobivault verifies and reports battery health before dispatch. The M3’s efficiency still makes it a practical companion for long lectures, train journeys and power cuts, though actual runtime on any refurbished unit can be shorter than Apple’s new-unit figures.
It charges through MagSafe 3 or either Thunderbolt / USB 4 (USB-C) port. A compatible charger is included; it is not necessarily Apple’s original 35W adapter or MagSafe cable. Apple’s 70W USB-C adapter, sold separately, enables fast charging.
Calls, audio, macOS and connectivity
The 1080p FaceTime HD camera gives clearer video on Zoom, Teams and Google Meet, while a three-mic array with Voice Isolation helps reduce traffic or ceiling-fan noise. Six speakers with force-cancelling woofers support Spatial Audio and Dolby Atmos.
It shipped with macOS Sonoma, and Apple now lists macOS 27 Golden Gate as its newest compatible version; Apple does not publish a fixed update period for Macs. Apple Intelligence is supported, including English (India), and Pages, Numbers, Keynote and iMovie are free on the Mac App Store.
Wireless is Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3, with no SIM slot. Ports are MagSafe 3, two Thunderbolt / USB 4 ports (up to 40Gb/s) and a headphone jack. There is no HDMI port or SD card slot, so you will need a USB-C adapter (not included) for those.

Frequently asked questions
Does it have a fan, and does it get hot?
No fan, so it is silent. It can get warm during long, heavy tasks and may slow slightly, but everyday work stays smooth.
Which charger comes with it?
A compatible charger is included, not necessarily Apple’s original adapter. The laptop charges through MagSafe 3 or either USB-C port.
How long will it receive macOS updates?
Apple does not publish a fixed period. As of October 2026, Apple lists macOS 27 Golden Gate as compatible.
How good is the battery?
Battery health is verified and reported before dispatch. Apple’s 18-hour rating is for new units, so runtime varies with battery condition.
Can I connect a monitor or TV?
Yes, via the Thunderbolt / USB 4 ports; most TVs need a USB-C to HDMI adapter.
Can I upgrade the RAM or storage later?
No. Both are fixed at the factory, which is why this 16GB and 512GB configuration is a sensible choice to make up front.
How do returns and payment work?
You have 7 days from delivery to request a return or replacement, and Cash on Delivery means no advance payment.
