Product details
The Lenovo Idea Tab Pro is a big-screen Android tablet from Lenovo’s Idea Tab series, launched in early 2025. It pairs a 12.7-inch 3K display running at 144Hz with a MediaTek Dimensity 8300 processor, four JBL speakers and a 10,200mAh battery in a slim metal body. It suits students, professionals who live in documents and video calls, and anyone who wants a large, sharp screen for films and cricket at home.
This refurbished Lenovo Idea Tab Pro is the Wi-Fi-only 8GB RAM / 256GB storage model, graded Excellent: fully functional, with only minor or faint signs of previous use. It supports the Lenovo Tab Pen Plus, but the pen is not included with this unit. From Mobivault you get a fully tested tablet with a 1-year seller warranty, free delivery across India and Cash on Delivery.

- Four JBL speakers tuned with Dolby Atmos and dual microphones
- 10,200mAh battery with 45W USB-C charging
- Tab Pen Plus and Keyboard Pack support (both sold separately)

Design and build: slim metal, IP52 and a fingerprint power button
At 291.8 x 189.1 x 6.9 mm and about 620 g, the Idea Tab Pro slides into a laptop sleeve or college bag with ease. For long films, a stand or folio case is more comfortable than holding it up.
IP52 means the tablet is protected against dust and light dripping water. It is not waterproof, and liquid damage is not covered by warranty. A fingerprint reader in the power button and face unlock through the front camera make unlocking quick.
The 12.7-inch 3K 144Hz display: room to read, write and watch
At 2944 x 1840 pixels and 273 ppi, text in PDFs, e-books and spreadsheets looks crisp, and the 16:10 shape suits widescreen video and split-screen apps. The 144Hz refresh rate makes scrolling feel fluid.
The LTPS IPS panel covers 96% of DCI-P3 with a 1500:1 contrast ratio, and TÜV Rheinland certifies it as Flicker Free and Low Blue Light (hardware solution). Brightness is 400 nits (typical): comfortable indoors, but harder to read in direct sun.
Dimensity 8300 performance, 8GB RAM and 256GB storage
The MediaTek Dimensity 8300 is a capable upper-mid-range chip: one Cortex-A715 core at 3.35GHz, three at 3.2GHz and four efficient Cortex-A510 cores at 2.2GHz, built on a 4nm-class process. Day to day, that means smooth browsing, split-screen study, streaming and video calls. The Arm Mali-G615 GPU handles popular games, though the heaviest titles may need lower settings.
The 8GB of LPDDR5X RAM is soldered and cannot be upgraded. The 256GB of UFS 4.0 storage is fast, and the microSD slot takes cards up to 1TB for films and recorded lectures.
Pen, keyboard and big-screen productivity
The tablet works with the Lenovo Tab Pen Plus: 4,096 pressure levels, tilt detection and palm rejection for natural writing and sketching. Nebo and MyScript Calculator come preinstalled (availability varies by region). The pen is sold separately and is not included with this unit.
An optional Keyboard Pack, also sold separately, attaches via the pogo-pin connector for assignments and emails, and USB-C DisplayPort output drives an external monitor.
Audio, cameras and video calls
Four JBL speakers tuned with Dolby Atmos give films, music and online classes a full sound, and dual microphones help on calls. There is no 3.5mm headphone jack, so use Bluetooth earphones (the tablet has Bluetooth 5.3) or a USB-C adaptor.
The 8MP front camera handles video calls and face unlock; the 13MP autofocus rear camera with LED flash is handy for scanning notes and documents.
Battery, charging and software support
The 10,200mAh battery is rated by Lenovo for up to 11 hours of YouTube streaming; real-world results vary with brightness and apps. It charges at up to 45W over USB-C with USB Power Delivery 3.0 and PPS. Reverse wired charging can top up earphones or a phone during a power cut. Wireless charging is not supported.
The tablet launched with Android 14 and Lenovo ZUI 16, and Lenovo promises two OS upgrades, up to Android 16, and four years of security patches. Google Gemini, Circle to Search and Lenovo Smart Connect, which links the tablet to a Lenovo PC or Motorola phone, are built in. Wi-Fi 6E (2×2) gives fast connections on a compatible router.

Great for:
- Students and note-takers who want a large screen for PDFs, lectures and handwriting
- Film, sport and series watchers who value a 3K screen and four speakers

Consider alternatives if:
- You need mobile data or a SIM slot; this is Wi-Fi only
